Joseph Knipe, M. Harvey Taylor and Congressman John C. Kunkel. Discover the highwater mark from the Agnes Flood and learn about the rise and fall of the barge trade that fueled bawdy drinking establishments. Monday, Sept 22. (Raindate: Fri, Sept 26) 10:30 am til noon. Participants must pre-register by Sept 19. You should be able to walk two miles in 1.5 hours. Bring your own water. Dress appropriately for the weather.
